The company boasts a physical factory covering 14,000 square meters and is equipped with numerous large-scale machining facilities, including a large gantry milling machine, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, a CNC vertical lathe with a 3.6-meter diameter swing, CNC vertical lathes, CNC horizontal lathes, a large horizontal lathe, a gear hobbing machine with a 5-meter diameter, annealing furnaces, magnetic induction heat treatment furnaces, a large assembly platform, ultrasonic flaw detectors, digital-display Vickers hardness testers, and other advanced equipment. Our factory can produce gears—including helical gears—with diameters up to 3.5 meters and unlimited module sizes (including large modules). All our products undergo non-destructive testing (including Level II ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, and self-inspection). We also have our own steel casting workshop, a benchtop spectrometer, and the capability to perform chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing.
